Head of Sales

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, driving revenue growth, and building long-term client relationships. If you have a proven track record in software sales leadership and enjoy building high-performing teams, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to maximize performance.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts, and analyze market trends.
• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to improve lead generation.
• Establish sales KPIs and ensure the team consistently meets or exceeds targets.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present performance insights to management.

Qualifications & Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in software or IT sales, including leadership experience.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong understanding of B2B software sales and enterprise sales cycles.
• Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools.
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Prior experience in the IT/software industry is mandatory.
